The location of this property provides walking access to local attractions while immersing you in the beauty of M. Peterson Nature Preserve. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the patio, while you take in the peaceful view of the pond.

Wonderful property within walking distance to all that Saugatuck has to offer. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Amazing Stay at the Art House

We loved our long weekend stay at the Art House on Groshorn Creek! There was plenty of space for my family to relax and mingle after our fun-filled days, with my son especially appreciating the side patio and nature watching. The house was clean and had all updated amenities to make the place cozy and carefree. We also enjoyed the location of the home- still in town walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping while far enough removed from the hustle and bustle. Mark the owner was very responsive to my texts and made the check in/check out process super easy. We’ll definitely be back!
