Everything was just what we needed. And nice surprise extras.Perfect location for walking the town. Quiet, clean, excellent parking. You’re not in the middle of everything, but you’re not far very away.

Our stay at The Porches was excellent. The property was well furnished, extremely clean, in a great location, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful property

The Porches is a beautiful property and the rooms are well appointed. The location is great, within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants as well as the marina. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return and share our experience at The Porches with others.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very comfortable and looked just like the listing photos. We stayed in the unit on the lowest level and felt right at home. The host provided very clear and easy to follow instructions prior to our arrival. We were greeted with a charcuterie board, bottle of prosecco, and fresh baked pastries which was a lovely surprise! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in town!

Porches is a fantastic option for a solo traveler or couple wanting to stay right in town. The suites are well designed and super clean and new. The very thoughtful welcome included cheese and crackers and breakfast items. And the service was very efficient and incredibly responsive!

My wife and I stayed there for our wedding anniversary. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. In fact, they upgraded us to a better room. Parking is no problem. Everything is literally within walking distance. You will not go wrong by selecting the Porches on Mason.

Fantastic location for a long weekend

Our stay at Porches on Mason was incredible! The building was seemingly brand new and in great condition. The location was also perfect, being in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. I highly recommend Porches on Mason for anyone looking to spend a long weekend in Saugatuck!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Porches on Mason! The check in process was easy and the suite had everything we could need and more. They even had sweet treats on the counter and a charcuterie board in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the building was right in the middle of town and walking distance to wonderful restaurants. It was also great that we could bring our pup with us. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone that is visiting Saugatuck.

Great location

The location is good. The room and bed were comfortable. Unit 9 is in the basement and there is no outside view; I should have known if I looked at a couple of pictures better. The other units all had a porch and looked good. The person above us made a lot of noise and when I went to see him it stopped. I would stay there again but not in the same unit.

The Porches on Mason is a gem! We had such a wonderful stay and appreciated all the extra thoughtful additions like the charcuterie board, fresh pastries and bubbly! Also, it was so nice that the coffee maker had its own waterline. These little details made everything feel so elevated. It was very hot outside during our stay but the Porches on Mason was always cool, clean and crisp! A wonderful place to rest between activities. We stayed in the lower unit and did not have a porch (booked last minute) but we really loved it so much. The location was so central yet quiet at the same time. There was so much to do and see in the area. It was a very walkable area and we were so happy to have a designated parking place. Parking in town during high season can be tricky! We look forward to returning!

Porches on Mason is Lovely

This property is perfect for a stay in downtown Saugatuck. It is nestled right behind all of the shopping in downtown Saugatuck. The property appears to be brand new or fully remodeled recently. Mark was an excellent communicator and wonderful host. The property is spotless and very comfortable. A bottle of Prosecco, cheese board and other treats awaited us in our room at check-in. Would highly recommend a stay here and we'll definitely be returning. Jim M.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in the basement room of Porches. The building is beautiful and everything is immaculately clean. Our bed was comfortable, our room was large. The living room area was comfortable. There was lots of natural daylight even though we were in the basement. Every detail was so carefully planned and meticulously carried out. From the beautiful decor to the cheese platter in the fridge and bananas on the counter, we could not have been more comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect - not on a noisy street, but right at the edge of all the action. Beautiful, wonderful stay - would highly recommend!

My stay at Porches on Mason was perfect!! My pup and I loved the new, updated property and all the amenities provided. The decor was beautiful and impressive. The location is perfect and truly, steps from EVERYTHING..just as I recall from my previous stays at Mark's rental property!! The attention to details at the rental were noted and appreciated. Seeing the fountain on site, from the former structure, was a sweet and nostalgic touch. It was so hard to say "goodbye" when my vacation time was up. I can't wait to come back and look forward to another stay at Porches on Mason.
