Easy 2 mi drive or bike ride to downtown Saugatuck. Elevated screen porch overlooks 2/3 acre yard with patio, adjacent to a peaceful Farm. Bluetooth hi-fi stereo, hot tub year round (serviced professionally), bikes, cooler & beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella).
