This house is across the street from Delaware Bay.
2 steps and you are in our First Floor with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and family room. You can let your pets right out to our fenced back yard. Just open the sliding door and you can watch them. Two more bedrooms and four decks are upstairs. Wonderful views of the Bay and the Preserve

Off Season rentals ( Oct -April) have a substantial discount for bookings of 4 weeks or more.

Please note you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. We offer a
linen rental for $200.

Prime Hook Beach is a private beach with access to the beach for visitors at the cross streets. This is typical for beaches where privately owned homes are beachfront. Come enjoy the 5 decks and incredible space our home has to offer.

Come and relax at our home at Primehook Beach. We are across the street from the beach. Watch the dolphins in the open waters of the Delaware Bay from our second and third floors or the snow geese, grackles and gulls from our backyard that adjoins the Primehook National Wildlife Reserve. With three floors there is plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax. The top two floors were built in 2003 and the first floor has been remodeled.

We are across the street from the beach on the Delaware Bay, a short walk. Go for long walks along the quiet beach looking for shells and sea glass. You will quickly see why Primehook is such a gem. It reminds us of Nags Head, only much closer or Ocean City, MD how it was 60 years ago.

We have two bedrooms on the first floor. One with a king size bed, the other with a full. They share a bathroom with a tub and shower. There is bedroom with 1 double and a bathroom with a shower on the second floor. The third floor has a loft bedroom with a queen size bed and its own half bathroom.This bedroom has a view of the water. At night you can lay in bed and see the ships with their lights on anchored in the Bay.

In nearby Milton, about 9 miles away, we have a Food Lion, a
Walgreens, a Subway, a Chinese carryout, a Domino's and one of our favorites, the Miltonian Restaurant with Greek/Italian and American cuisine. For more shopping we have Lewes and Rehobeth south on Route 1. There is the Boardwalk in Rehobeth and further south, in Ocean City as well as historic sites, theatres, amusement parks, the incomparable Henlopen State Park on the ocean in Rehobeth and all kinds of experiences awaiting you at the shore.

We have three houses in the area. This house at Prime Hook Beach and two at the next beach north, Slaughter Beach.
