Although not luxurious, it offers a unique experience. Bring the family, bring the dogs. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, or just relaxing! Embrace the simplicity. No electricity but a generator is provided (renter pays for gas), gas fridge, cook stove & cozy propane lanterns. Enjoy a lovely meal by the water. Unwind by the fire pit or deck only steps from the lake, savoring the tranquil waterfront and the enchanting calls of loons.

Welcome to our home. We are delighted to host you (in English or French)! We are Sue & Tom, both New England natives and have made our home here in the Norton/Averill area. We love snowmobiling in the winter, playing with our dog, Jeeping any other time of year, fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, hiking, forest management, maple syrup production, gardening, bird watching and enjoying all that Vermont has to offer.

We love the water and being so close to the mountains. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, we have no doubt that you will enjoy this property!

What makes this property unique

Kayaks (3) are available for rent. One canoe available for rent as well. Life jackets will also be provided. Our property is the only property on this lake to have a private cove!
