Welcome to King's Retreat, an exquisite oasis nestled on the serene and shaded side of the street. From the moment you enter the courtyard you will be astonished. Gated and covered front patio. This is not your usual half duplex. Almost 1400 sq ft of living area with MARBLE flooring, gorgeous cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances.
3 Flat Screen TV's, 1 DVD Player. Hi speed wireless internet service.
This is definitely not your average half duplex, lots of pride in ownership here.

There is a security fence for toddlers to keep them away from the canal in the brick paver patio on the water side. 37.5' step down dock with fish cleaning table, 30-amp power and bait freezer.

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Pets are not normally accepted. Please ask for approval before booking and if approved pet fee will be additional.

This property was lovely and the host was extremely helpful and attentive. 10/10 on communication. Our only complaint, and it's a big one, was that the property location was misrepresented on the Vrbo map. It was on a different street and way further from the canal opening then we thought we were booking. We chose the property and were willing to pay the price based on the location. It was very disappointing we when received the actual address a few days before check in and Vrbo was unhelpful with their customer service. I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to make sure the property location is accurate on the map, but we would have chosen a different property that was less expensive if we had wanted to stay in the location we ended up being in.

Relaxing getaway

We loved this house in Key Colony! It was perfect for our family. The outdoor space along the canal was a favorite for relaxing. We also enjoyed interior of the house and how open the living space is.
