This Pence Springs home offers 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping 6 adults comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen including a pod coffee pot and regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, cooking equipment galore as well as plenty of condiments to get your vacation started! Bathroom is small but quaint and has everything you could possibly need. Linens and towels included.Extra sheets and blankets are stored in the middle bedroom closet for an extra sleeping area .Children are welcome and a high chair and pack and play are provided. Toys can be added to your stay if needed. Nerf wars are highly encouraged outside but don’t shoot your eye out! Also beach towels for water activities are in the front bedroom closet. Hinton has a fantastic pool and there are pools at Pipestem State Park and Bluestone State Park. Closest public access point for the Greenbrier River is at Talcott. The Lowell Market near this access is a great breakfast place!Washer and dryer provided. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit for your protection
We offer a smart tv in the living room and Wi-Fi. Also we have lots of board games, cards, puzzles and interesting books to read while you relax! .Outside you will find a large deck, covered porch ,corn hole boards with beanbags stored in back bedroom closet, lawn darts, fire pit and grill all perfect for outdoor entertainment. Listen as coal trains rumble by along the greenbrier river. Hello! We are Betsy and Eddy Adkins from Flat Top West Virgina and have lived in this great state all of our lives.Our little"Camp House" came about after many years of looking for a property near the Greenbrier River. After some extensive renovation we have had many family gatherings here and have explored so many of the surrounding attractions.

Why they chose this property

"Camp House" is so centrally located between many southern West Virginia attractions from fishing to sking! Most activities are not more than an hour away.
Almost everyone who drives by will throw up their hand and greet you even though they have never seen you in their life.

What makes this property unique

"Camp House" has such a warm and inviting feeling. It always has. In the evenings its so relaxing to sit on the deck and listen to the river and look up at the beautiful stars!
You could even walk across the bridge and head over to Country Roads Exxon and get a ice cream cone.
