Tucked into a quiet, secluded neighborhood, this remodeled waterfront home pairs a screened-in pool, a private dock, and a backyard putting green with the kind of layout that makes group getaways simple.

Living space

Inside, an open floor plan connects two separate living rooms, so the game can run on the big screen TV in one room while the kids spread out board games in the den. It's a layout built for togetherness without anyone feeling crowded.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen has been fully updated and is fully stocked, anchored by a large island that works just as well for a casual breakfast as it does for putting together a full dinner for the group. Cooking basics, dishes, a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, so meal prep stays simple.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and three beds give the home room for up to eight guests, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades included for a comfortable night's rest after a day in the sun.

Bathroom

Three remodeled bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, so getting ready after a swim or a day at the beach takes no extra planning.

Outdoor & pool

The screened-in pool area is the heart of the outdoor space, with a patio or balcony, backyard, and BBQ grill rounding things out. The private dock adds waterfront access right from the property, with sunset views that make it an easy spot to end the day - and, depending on timing, a front-row seat for a rocket launch.

This Cocoa Beach neighborhood is walking distance to local restaurants and the downtown area, with a nearby park and nature walk for exploring on foot. A short drive brings you to Port Canaveral for a cruise or fresh seafood, the original Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Kennedy Space Center for a full day out. Beach essentials are provided, and with free parking, free street parking, self check-in, and a smart lock, arrival is effortless.

Getting Around:

Located in a neighborhood off of A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
