Great location for Red Rocks and right in Golden. Easy to walk to restaurants in Golden and Coors brewery. Hosts were excellent and went out of there way to help with our vacation

I can't think of a better place to stay in Golden. Fantastic location, clean, and a well maintained home. The owners were great at communicating and willing to help if you need anything. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Christy and Denny were wonderful hosts. They were so thoughtful, and left a bottle of champagne to celebrate our sons' wedding. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.It is right smack in the middle of downtown Golden, we were able to walk everywhere. We loved our stay and hope to stay again, some day.

I can’t say enough about Denny and Christy’s property. Very clean, has everything you need, really comfortable and inviting. We felt very at home there. Great location in the heart of Golden. Weekend in Golden

Will absolutely book this place again! This place is right in the heart of all the action and fun that the City of Golden has to offer. Comfortable beds, AC was great, outdoor areas to relax and to have garage in golden was a bonus. Thanks for having us and we'll see you again next year!

Fabulous Stay in Downtown Golden

We had an excellent stay in Golden, much of it due to this gem of a home base. The home is a 2 minute easy walk to quaint shops, delicious dining and relaxing trails along the river. We attended a concert at Red Rocks and the travel there and back was super easy even with concert traffic. The host welcomed us warmly and was proactive with communication. The home was extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 1 teenager. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Golden.

Fantastic location

We came to town for a concert at Red Rocks. The location of this home was only 20 minutes away from venue. The home is located right in the middle of downtown. All the stores and restaurants are right there. Found a grocery store a short walk away. The home is set up perfectly to cook meals. They have everything you need. Lots of towels, extra blankets and pillows. They even had a nice gift basket waiting for us. The owners responded quickly and were very accommodating. I would definitely return to this home and recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Golden, CO.

This is a wonderful property

The central downtown location is unbeatable. The townhouse was exceedingly clean and the kitchen was so well equipped, we were easily able to cook several family holiday meals. As former VRBO owners, we couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were. The garage is a rare treat. We were in town for an early family Christmas, and the owners went above and beyond, decorating for us, including a full tree, fireplace mantle and stockings over the amazing gas fireplace. We know we’ll make this our go-to place when visiting family in Golden.

Golden in Golden

We were in Golden for 6 days. It was a great locus to start our different excursions and adventures. This townhouse was perfect for our needs. Clean, well maintained, fairly priced, and central to everything in Golden plus surrounding areas. You can do so much by foot or bike. Host was nearby, available, and responsive always. Has my highest recommendation.

Golden spot in Golden

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years, and I can say that this one was a gem! If you want to stay in Golden, I really can't think of a better location. It is in the heart of downtown. Every shop and restaurant is minutes away from your door. We were there for hiking, and you have access to all of the roads leading out of town for that. You have a parking spot, which in this location is an amazing perk! The owners really couldn't have been nicer or more ready to help with recommendations or questions. The property was more than well stocked with tissues, cleaning supplies, etc.I can easily say that if, or when, we come back to Golden we will stay here. We can only hope the owners never sell the property. We had an amazing week.Tip for other renters, if you get warm at night upstairs just open your bedroom door and the air will circulate better. The balconies were so fun, and depending on the time of day you can find shade or sun on different balconies.
