Anik was very helpful anytime we needed assistance, however we didn’t need much help! It was the perfect peaceful retreat.

This cabin has a lot of character, a great location, a reasonable price, and an amazing view. Check-in and out was smooth. Host is very communicative.

We came in from Missouri for a mini get away, it was me and my husband and 3 yr old, the cabin was kid friendly but also allowed the toddler be himself without having to worry about things getting broken, we had a small hiccup at the beginning but it was easily fixed and the owner reached out to us quickly with instructions on how to fix the issue. Perfect area to get away and be away from the main areas. 10/10 would recommend this location

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin so much! I wouldn’t call it rustic personally. The location in the town of Evergreen is nice because you don’t have the Denver traffic yet access to all the provisions you could possibly want as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There are many hikes nearby and of course the proximity to Red Rocks was only 20 minutes and a beautiful drive at that! We loved all the natural light in the cabin. We even lucked out and got snow on the first day so woke up to the evergreens surrounding the cabin covered with snow. Being from Florida this was a special treat. The host thought of everything in terms of amenities and we wanted for nothing. The water pressure was great, the water heated up quickly, there were plenty of plugs for charging electronics, Wi-Fi was fast and smart tv had all the streaming channels one could possibly want. The bed, bedding and towels were a nice quality, and the wood-burning stove was a nice touch on our snow day. We even had a family of deer show up daily to graze in the yard. The deck is perfectly situated for sunset and plenty of furniture for relaxing outside. It was just perfect. Lovely location and comfortable accommodations. Host was also very responsive

My husband, our 2 dogs, and I came out to visit family. After an awful initial encounter with a different host, Anik accepted our rental request and we were immediately happy, thankful, and impressed. Anik was so accommodating and helpful. Once at the cabin we were overjoyed at the property’s cleanliness, charm, pet-friendly additions (a doggie door), and coziness. The pictures included in the listing do not do it justice!!! We loved our stay and Anik was so very attentive to our questions throughout. AThank you so much for turning our trip into one of the best we’ve had in a long time!!!

The place is rustic and very pretty to look at. We love to camp so it was fine for us. There were a few things though…The pans did not have lids and the pan sizes were sort of make do.(like use a pan for a lid type stuff.). The cowboy plates were very cute! The furniture is not super comfy. There were plenty of extra blankets which was really nice. We couldn’t figure the thermostat out so the heat came and went. The owner was great and offered to come right over to fix it but we were hiking most of the time and it seemed to come on during the day sometimes. It was off at night but we found thick down comforters and slept great. The little wood stove is sweet but the living room is not arranged so you could snuggle by it. One idea would be to move the couch so it faces the fireplace. That would make a world of difference in the living room’s coziness. Anyway, that was our take. Hope it helps.
