This is a beautiful three bedroom 2.5 bath home with wood floors and quick access to the bosque for a pleasurable walk or exercise routine.Leave the shampoo and body soap at home because my place has it all, coffee, washer/ dryer, laundry detergent, pots/pans, cooking utensils.The refrigerated air will be certain to keep you cool in the summer, enjoy Netflix and Roku tv on a big screen.Free high speed internet. Very close to BALLOON FIESTA PARK and Cottonwood Wood mall

Nice, large house in Rio Rancho

Overall this is a very nice, large home for a comfortable, convenient stay in Rio Rancho. The host was great about sending the check-in instructions. I had to ask for check-out instructions as I couldn't find any posted, but check-out was also easy.The beds were very comfortable (although extremely high, so careful if you have little ones who may be prone to falling out of bed - it's a long way down).It wasn't quite as clean as I would prefer, but I'm a little OCD about those things.Overall, nice play to stay for a family vacation.

Tall beds!

Great communication! House was clean. Guessing it hadn’t been updated since it was built in the early 1990s. Upstairs bedrooms were warm, outside temps were in the low 90s. Beds were on very high grams , not easy to get in for the young and old.
