Why they chose this property

Historic area of Albuquerque!! The location is fantastic, you will be surrounded by restaurants and museums. Explora (fantastic kids museum) The Natural History Museum, and the Art Museum of New Mexico. Old Town with many restaurants and shops. All this is within a 5-minute walk from the home. If you hop in the car you can drive 5 minutes to the Bio Park, which includes the aquarium. The ABQ zoo is just a short drive through old neighborhoods. Downtown is also just a short 5-minute drive. The home itself is a remodeled Adobe with consideration of its 1926 origins. Hardwood floors and saltillo tile cover the floors. Simple yet elegant bedrooms and bathrooms with modern amenities. Dimmable lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen bring a nice layer of personal touch. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and stocked for almost all cooking needs along with complimentary coffee or tea.
