Nestled in one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in Wilmington, our charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ranch is the perfect coastal getaway for anyone seeking a relaxing poolside vacation. Our home does NOT require a week minimum stay and includes full linen service!

Location: The Sands Ranch is situated in a popular and quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful escape while still being within a short distance of Mayfaire, Downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We are right down the road from the locals favorite Biggers Market. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the private pool, exploring nearby shops and restaurants, or enjoying the coastal activities that make Wilmington a sought-after destination.

The Ranch: Step into a cozy and well-appointed living space with coastal vibes. This home was designed and furnished by a local designer and features vintage items throughout. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for socializing, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals or game nights.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a spacious deck, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner with friends or family.

This gorgeous property boasts four inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to create a cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms are clean and modern, providing all the essentials for your stay.

Outdoor Paradise: The Sands Ranch comes complete with an expansive deck, perfect for outdoor gatherings and barbecues. The deck overlooks a beautiful saltwater pool. The fully fenced in backyard also features a fire pit and ample outdoor seating.

Large saltwater pool, for guest use at their own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult in or around the pool. Please note, the diving board has been removed.

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs. $100 pet fee.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.

This property requires a minimum age of 25 to book. No exceptions will be made.

Check in is at 3 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.
