This beautiful Sea Colony oceanfront condo is comfortable and features 2 bathrooms, providing convenience for guests. It boosts a beautiful oceanfront view and has updated amenities, contributing to a pleasant stay. The decor is charming and quaint, enhancing the overall atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen meets all the needs of our guests. The terrace is beautifully furnished, offering a fabulous view of the beach. It is situated in a great location within walking distance to the beach and pool! The assigned space is conveniently located in the underground garage. Guests may enjoy amazing sunrises from the balcony, adding to the overall experience.
New renovations for 2025, including a divided sleeping space. The bedroom has been divided by a wall that will allow guests to have 2 separate sleeping spaces, not including the sleeper sofa in the living room! There are twin bunk beds in the one space and a queen bed in the second space. The bunk bed room is entered and exited through the queen bedroom. There is also a new open floor plan, the queen sleeper sofa is new for 2025, as well as the chaise. The kitchen boasts a new microwave, stove, and quartz countertops!
If you're visiting during the winter months, the living room features a cozy electric fireplace to keep you warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a range of meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee lovers in your group. You'll also find a TV in the bedroom, a stacked washer/dryer, and board games for your entertainment.
Things to Know Please respect the no dog policy.
There is cable TV. No streaming is available.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great ocean front condo
Great location with a great ocean view. Great access to ocean and pools. Included everything from comfortable beds, bedding, kitchen with all amenities and dishes ect. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. Charmingly decorated! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed amazing sunrises from our balcony each morning.

Great view
But in total need of updating. Microwave is older than I am. Also, the keurig was covered in mold which is lame because we brought k cups. Also, the provided WiFi info is wrong, which is crucial to know ahead of time when you’re planning on working from the property.
Otherwise, pretty middle of the road. Cable was nice to have, the view was great. Make sure to bring your own coffee machine and hot spot. Amenities were nice at the property at large (tennis, pickleball, pools, etc)

Great views and location, but a little outdated
This rental was in a great location the views are incredible. We had two adults and a 3 year old and it was the perfect amount of space. It is walking distance to the beach and the pool. The unit is close to the elevator which made it easy for coming and going with all the beach stuff. Parking is in a great spot too. The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The unit was very clean. However, the comforters on the beds all had some bodily fluid stains, but the sheets were clean. We only had quick breakfasts and lunches (sandwiches) and did not do any cooking. The stove and microwave very outdated. Honestly, the microwave should be in a museum. The washer and dryer and newer and very efficient and useful to have. They were huge bonus! All and all it was a great experience. It was advertised to sleep 6 but anything over four adults would be way too cramped for space.
