The main level offers a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite and primary ensuite. The 2nd floor loft features two twin beds with room for a pack-and-play or air mattress. Unit includes central air conditioning, washer, dryer, 4 Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, games for the family. Once you arrive, no need to get in the car - walk to the Marketplace for ice cream, pizza, bike rentals, mini-golf and more!
Sea Colony is the Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community and features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis and pickleball, fitness centers, activities for all ages and year-round security. This unit is conveniently located steps from the tennis center, the beach shuttle, and a short walk to the fitness center. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Parking Notes: One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges and is the maximum allowed per unit. The property manager and owners of the unit are not responsible for illegally parked cars.
