This is a beautiful house

I really wanted to give this a 5 star. It's an attractive home, very clean and in a great location. However, the owner does not want to provide towels. Kinda blew my mind. All we got were bath towels - just enough for each of us to take a shower. No face towels, no hand towels, no wash cloths and no dish towels. When I asked for some, the owner simply replied that they don't supply small towels. What?? We have rented homes many many times and I have NEVER not had a towel to dry my face, my hands or their dishes. How ridiculous to skimp on providing a few towels! Also, most of my communications seemed to be answered by auto-reply. I mentioned that we smelled natural gas and the reply was "we hope you enjoyed your stay."
