The house was up to date, very nice. The location was walkable to Winter Park Village, which was great. Quiet side street. Loved our stay.

Well kept, excellent location, quick response to all messages, beautiful house. Mid-century Modern aesthetic is well done and enjoyable. Great private back yard. Nice size and a safe area.

While this place was clean the furnishings, amenities, and window teeatments are not up to standards in our opinion. The furniture is very tired and stained. There weren't any napkins, paper towels or tissues at all. The only paper was toilet paper. There wasn't a standard coffee machine or Keurig. The window treatments offer very little privacy especially so at night. This place, while conveniently located, needs a makeover.
