I was amazed upon walking through the front door. The place is spotless and smells clean. The home was decorated perfectly. I loved the little touches, like fresh flowers on the table and the small pieces of art that invited you to explore the walls. The historic neighborhood was very quiet and the few neighbors I interacted with were incredibly kind.
Immaculate, adorable cottage, ideally located in Historic District
What a sweet little house and so comfortable! I had guests visiting who are allergic to my pets, and didn’t want to subject them to congested highway hotel scene. This cottage is exactly what I had envisioned, allowing us to have mutual space to visit, while giving them a comfortable relaxing space with freedom to easily walk to coffee and restaurants bc if no car available.
We loved the house. It was just the right size for my husband and me. The house was situated in a residential neighborhood, close to Old Town Folsom. The inside of the house was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the garden outside was lovely. My husband and I sat outside and sipped a glass of wine.
The kitchen was well stocked and convenient and the beds were very comfortable.
We appreciated the owner's friendliness and willingness to answer any questions. We would love to stay there again.
This is an extremely clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful little home in a very quiet neighborhood located within a 5 minute walk of Old Town Folsom, the Johnny Cash Trail and the light rail that you can ride to Sacramento to attend a Kings game, attend a concert or just wander around and explore without having to worry about driving. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. You also have a beautiful little yard to sit in and bird watch, enjoy the plants and flowers, have a picnic or just sit and relax in the peace and quiet. I highly recommended this property.
