This house was so PERFECT for my sisters Bachelorette Party. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the gulch and and 5 minute drive to broadway. The rooms were spacious. The rooftop had amazing views and was such a nice hang out spot after being out. Highly recommend staying in this area/this house. Communication with the host was fast.

I wish I didn't need to leave this review; however, our experience with this "Premium Gulch Property" was less than ideal, having had an overall subpar experience. I will begin by saying that prior to our check-in to the property most of my communication with the property manager was relatively straightforward. His responses were pretty timely and helpful - again prior to check in. Now, once we checked in the unacceptable, mediocre experience and responses occurred. How did this property not live up to the highly filtered pictures - let me list the ways:Mold, wasps nests, broken furniture, lack of garage access, non-communicated and specified entry by unknown person, total lack of cleanliness.If you simply want a vacation rental with a lot of beds and decent space, and are less concerned with the sanitization and upkeep of the place, this property will do. If you want to trust that the property is being attended to the way it is advertised, then you may wish to bypass this option. It really is unfortunate to have to note quite the disappointment this property was. Rather than fully enjoying my time in Nashville, I spent a great deal of time trying to achieve a satisfactory resolution between this property manager and VRBO supervisors, which did not materialize.
