The home's location is convenient to everything Guiones has to offer yet remains a peaceful, quiet refuge for those who crave a little more privacy. This home is positioned on a large sloping lot that takes advantage of the views while being just a few steps to the surf via the GBC private beach entrance!

The space
The home's design includes large areas for socializing and has the flexibility to bring the "outside-in" with expansive sliding glass doors that open to connect the living area and kitchen with the outdoor covered terrace and pool deck. The house is furnished to provide all the comforts of home and incorporates a mix of beautiful Costa Rican woods with modern upgrades. You'll easily accommodate 10 people at the gorgeous locally made dining table and in four well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with three and a half baths. You'll look forward to ending your day by slipping into a super comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and high-quality linens.

The beautiful multi-level saline infinity pool is surrounded by plenty of space for lounging in the sun, taking a well-deserved nap in the shade after a long surf session or gazing at the stars at the end of the day. With so many modern conveniences along with the peaceful and relaxing vibe of Guiones Beach you'll quickly understand why this lovely new home was named Paraiso Encontrado!

*Air conditioning is included in bedrooms only, additional A/C is available at the livingroom area at an additional charge. The house also comes with TV with cable and streaming services.

Bedroom Configuration:
-Bedroom 1: has queen size bed, cozy sitting area and private bath
-Bedroom 2: includes a single bed plus a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on top
-Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill style bath
-Bedroom 3: has a queen size bed and a private balcony
-Bedroom 4: includes a king-size bed with a private bath and is located on its own level of the house

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.

Laundry is available only for guests that rent the house for long term periods.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
