Upon walking into this apartment, the initial "wow factor" comes from the skylights located in almost every room! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with both island and dining table seating. You can find everything you would need to host for a small family/friends celebration or to cook your own meal at the end of a fun day in Rochester. The apartment has a free washer/dryer in the unit, and in each bedroom, a comfortable bed with cozy and high quality linens. The living area is spacious and family friendly. It is also pet friendly!
Walkable distance from the apartment you can find the Strong Museum of Play, Eastman School of Music, Park Ave, The Little Theater, Memorial Art Gallery, Jazz Fest, dozens of restaurants/coffee shops, and so much more. If you jump in the car, a short 10 minute drive can get you to Strong Memorial Hospital, RIT, Nazareth, St. John Fisher, and U of R universities.
