*****NOTE** Effective March 2024 the Phoenix X HOA is requiring prepayment for parking. You will receive an email allowing you to register and pay. They will be picked up at the front desk. You are allowed two parking passes at $60 each. The passes are good for the length of your stay. *******
Is your idea of a vacation sitting on the beach with a good book, lounging by the pool or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash and watching the sunset? Perhaps it's more of an action filled vacation. Parasailing, swimming, concerts, shopping or dining and dancing. Whatever your dream vacation, it awaits you here at Phoenix X Unit 912.
Phoenix X offers lots of amenities including a huge outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, gazebos, BBQ Grills, large indoor heated pool and with 3 jetted hot tubs. All pools overlook the Gulf. The complex also offers lighted tennis courts, raquet ball, weightroom & sauna. The lobby is great for relaxing and has free wi-fi, coffee and newspaper stands. There is 24 hour security and a private covered parking garage.
We are constantly updating our condo which is located on the 9th floor. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf. You can also enjoy the view from the living room and master bedroom since each has floor to ceiling patio doors leading onto the balcony.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, blu ray dvd player, flat screen television, and stereo system.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You should find all the gadgets you would find at home. We have both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining table seats 6 plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, flat screen television and 2 bedside tables with reading lamps. A large vanity/dressing area leads into the bathroom.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, flat screen tv, blu ray DVD, dresser & night stand with reading lamp. The guest bedroom has it's own private bath.
The unit contains a stack washer and dryer complete with iron and ironing board for your convience.
All linens and towels are provided. Bring your beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and come have fun! Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach through Ike's Beach Service. Check their website for rates.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I have always enjoyed traveling. Although we have been many places, we always find ourselves back to our favorite spot which is Orange Beach. We love the feeling of peace and relaxation that only the white, sandy beaches can offer. That's why we bought our unit here at Phoenix X. We wanted to be able to share the fun and relaxation of staying right on the beach. We are sure you will love it like we do!
What makes this property unique
There is nothing like watching the sun rise and set from the balcony, listening to the sound of crashing waves and enjoying quality time with friends and family. Of course, being right next door to the Famous Flora-Bama Lounge is a bonus too!
