We stayed at same cabin back in October, 2025. Husband and i enjoy the area with good shopping, gas station, and restaurant close by, and an awesome park at end of road! Beautiful, quiet area.
My girlfriend and I spent valentines weekend up here in this beautiful cabin getaway. We had a lovely stay and the surrounding foliage and furry friends were such a joy to have around! Definitely recommend whether a couple or a family, this cabin will have us as returning bookers for sure!
This cabin was so lovely! Cozy and welcoming, eclectic little trinkets to discover throughout. Very well stocked and clean (K-Cups, plenty of linens, soap, etc). My partner and I had such a wonderful stay; it was a quiet, beautiful location. Host was responsive, and check-in/out instructions were easy and clear.
Was a quaint beautiful cabin. Area is quiet and mostly secluded and is conveniently located within minutes of eateries, groceries and gas. Check in/out process was super easy. The chickens and ducks were pleasant to interact with.
Wonderful, cozy get away! Close to local attractions, grocery, & airport without losing a "hidden retreat" feel. Host receptive and respectful of our private time. Friendly chickens greeting you on arrival and natural areas a plus.Look forward to staying again!
A cozy cabin with just the essentials. A great stay. Communication was excellent. The family loved the ducks, chickens, and rooster. Great location for my son's mountain biking but easy access to all the things. Without loosing the mountain feel and charm. Log cabin, woods, crisp air, and porch sitting.
Very cozy cabin, clean, and great location. Close to the highway for easy access, but feels like you are in the wilderness. Host was very responsive, and we loved the chance to eat fresh eggs...both chicken and duck! Kids loved seeing the chickens and ducks around the property. We were just there for a short stay, but really enjoyed our time.
We had an absolutely amazing vacation. The cabin was beautiful, and everything was perfect—from the peaceful atmosphere to the breathtaking view. Our family truly enjoyed Christmas here, especially the gorgeous Christmas tree that made it feel so special and cozy. The chickens and the sweet dog were such a joy, and we loved the friendly dog that came by to visit—it added so much charm to our stay.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place and create such special memories. This was an amazing Christmas, one for the books. We made unforgettable memories with our family and will definitely be back.
Great accommodations for the price. Cabin was located on host's property, but far enough away for plenty of privacy. Chickens and ducks roamed the property, and we saw deer in the morning. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, even if the frame was a bit noisy. Plenty of towels, tp, and paper towels were provided. The fridge came stocked with standard condiments and fresh eggs.
Everything was amazing. It was easy to find, local stores and restaurants only 5-mins away, the cabin was very cozy and just what we were looking for. The chickens and ducks were really cute and NO the rooster did not crow at sunrise. The only thing I would have wished was different is that the cabin would have had 2 bathrooms. Other than that, beautiful place.
Perfect little cabin for our getaway. We had a nice little fire (with firewood already available). There were even about 10 deer out playing this morning
