The space
The space is a meticulously maintained 1950’s condo nicely updated without losing any of the Nostalgic charm. Cozy and comfortable however not suitable for more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids.

You’ll have access to community pool, sitting areas outside, outdoor dinning and BBQ.
Other things to note
No pets allowed. This is a HOA requirement therefore no exceptions made

Nice stay in New Smyrna

Enjoyed my stay, nice accommodations and new furnishings. It's near Flagler Ave and the beach but probably a short drive. It had everything I needed, thanks.

Very ideal location being right behind Norwoods and the Garlic. Publix and other food options are also walking distance. We were also able to walk the 15 minutes to the beach but would recommend bringing a wagon for other guests. The vibe was cute, pool was heated, and amenities in the unit were great like the board games, appliances, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute and cozy condo. Perfect location

This condo was sooo cute. The decorations made it feel like a luxury spot. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The condo complex was really well kept and the other residents were all very friendly. There wasn't a hot tub, but we definitely enjoyed the pool! It's located right next to some super popular restaurants and walking distance to Flagler. We would absolutely stay here again!
