Fabulous vacation!

We had a great holiday. The beaches are beautiful, the pool clean and warm and the condo was perfect! The kitchen was very well equipped with all that we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable along with the other furniture. We loved being on the ground level. Sam the property manager was very helpful also We will definitely be back!

This was our second year staying for 2 months at the property. We plan on returning for the winter of 2024. The location is awesome! It is comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The owners are very approachable and the the property manager Sam, is top notch!

Great location!

Spent a week at this property with my visiting family (from Washington state). The location of this condo is ideal if you are visiting with kids since the sliding doors open onto the sidewalk leading to pool deck and beach. Make schlepping chairs, umbrellas, beach toys SO much. Also nice to be so close to beach when walking up for lunch, snacks and drinks. Only issues we had were the uncomfortable beds! Every bed had bad springs and felt like you were sleeping in a hammock. Even the king bed had a speed bump down the center and valleys on each side. Luckily we had a family member bring over some air mattresses which helped greatly! Couches also have soft springs and you will sink down about six inches. Not having a washer/dryer might be inconvenient for some, but we brought all our own towels, so didn't have to wash. There is a small laundry room on property for $2.00/load. Unit was a little "dated" overall, but kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Lots of beach toys available, too. Another bonus is the availability of the ice machine next to the office. Really helped out being able to load the cooler each morning and not having to buy ice bags. The property manager, Sam, was awesome! He greeted us upon arrival and was always available for any questions of help that you might need.

GREAT PLACE AND VIEW!! 38 steps to the pool and 113 steps till your toes are in the SAND! :)

loved our stay at the beach....price was good, people were nice, had some issues getting our door code to work but finally got in. Sam the PM was very nice. Place was nice and plenty of space...could use some updates and new beds and higher shower heads...my husband is 6'4" and daughter is 6'2". LOL! Communication was great with the owner also. We will be back soon! LOVE NEW SYMRNA BEACH!

Overall an excellent stay! Only one grill on property small & must use charcoal.:( thought washer & dryer was in unit but not the case.very close community units on property though. :) This interior condo was beautiful. Bottom unit & great access to pool & beach. Parking was a little difficult as handicap parking spaces far from our unit. Loved the digital code entry! All appliances worked great! Beds comfy! Very beach feel! Owners had excellent communication with us prior to our arrival since hurricane Dorian was approaching! They took extra steps to ensure the condo was undamaged from the storm & sent emails & placed personal phone calls to us to ensure our comfort! Would rent again without hesitation!

Overall, the experience was great. However, there are not enough linens to accommodate 6 people. Two queen beds and 1 king bed should have towels and bath cloths enough for 6 people, but there was not even enough for 4.

Condo was very nice, clean and was updated. King bed in master was very comfortable. It had plenty of kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook. There were extras such as beach towels & some toys. Location was great. You could look out the living room patio door & look out st the pool & ocean. Ground level allows for easy access to the pool & ocean. Both the pool & ocean were only steps away. Management was great. Very responsive & accommodating. Would definitely rent this condo again.
