Fabulous newly renovated family-friendly beach house with great views
Milkwood Villa is our newly renovated family-friendly accommodation in stunning sea-side eco-village 45 minutes from Cape Town. Spacious and comfortable home boasts brand new renovated chef's kitchen, breathtaking views of the Atlantic and Cape Point Nature Reserve. Enjoy the 5-plate gas stove, indoor BBQ, wine fridge, French fridge. There are 4 bedrooms plus 4 full bathrooms, kids lounge, kids bedroom for 6.
Master is an open-plan with KING bed, shower, free-standing bath, 180degree sea view, and coffee nook
Downstairs room has a QUEEN with own (separate) bathroom
Kids room downstairs has one DOUBLE and 4 SINGLES (bunks) with ensuite bathroom with shower
(Additional space) Upstairs Milkwood Cottage has a KING bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, separate parking and entrance
Great for friends traveling together, or extended families. Ready access to surfing, kiteboarding, cycling, running, hiking. Sip your favorite wine chilled to perfection in the wine fridge under the pergola on the porch while watching the surfers and migrating whales, or take a dip in the plunge pool. For our younger visitors, there are loads of toys, Lego, children's books, large climbing gym and separate rope swing course. For our active visitors, hike through fynbos-covered hills, stroll deserted white sand beaches, braai fresh-caught seafood, visit award-winning wineries and restaurants, or do it all today and do it all again tomorrow.
DVD player, surfboards, SUP, kids hiking backpack, basic baby provisions (stroller, cot, diaper genie) kids toys, books, Lego and beach toys available for use.
15-min drive to Cape Point/Cape of Good Hope; 20-min drive to Simonstown penguins; 45-min drive to Cape Town.
