The condo is tucked away next to Seascape and steps from the private beach and concert venue. The unit featured the master suite up some steep stairs, bunk beds in a small room downstairs, and a fold out sleeper sofa. We stayed downstairs as my wife has knee issues. The unit was very clean and the host responsive and welcoming. The complex also featured a wonderful sparkling pool, grills, and a laundromat. The only issue was the tv and controller weren't matched but we used the tv controls for our limited viewing.

We had a good first impression of the condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, and only a short walk to the beach, which made the location very convenient.Unfortunately, we encountered two significant issues during our stay. After checking in, we were informed that the previous guests had broken the stove. We understand that unexpected things happen, but the only solution offered was to eat out or plug the stove back in anf try cooking on it. One of the main reasons we chose a condo instead of a hotel was to prepare our own meals and save money, especially since we paid premium holiday weekend rates.We also discovered that the main sliding glass door would not lock, which created a security concern. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings unattended, so someone had to remain at the condo whenever the rest of the family went out.The homeowner was friendly and responsive in communication, but no meaningful solutions or compensation were offered to address either issue during our stay. The condo has a lot of potential because of its location and appearance, but these problems had a noticeable impact on our vacation.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you could not make the 3 out of 4 stove plates work. Definitely not the experience we want for guests with a 1 night stay. The next 7 days we were able to wotk with our guests to make it work before the replacement arrived. We also adjusted our policy to rather not accomodate 1 day short stays going forward. Thank you
