A cozy home in the heart of Wheat Ridge, CO just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver.

This home has three bedrooms. Two master suites with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are also two sofas that have pull out mattresses.

Stay in to enjoy a soak in the private hot tub and a peaceful dinner by the garden fireplace. Or venture out to explore the local charm of 39th Ave. You'll be a short walk away from several great local restaurants, bakeries, a wine bar, coffee shop, grocery store & multiple playgrounds.

Ideal for gatherings with friends and loved ones, the home has a fully equipped kitchen & a private backyard garage hangout area. There are two master bedrooms each with its own attached bathroom. The upstairs shower has a curbless entry, helpful for those with mobility issues. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs. The garage hangout includes a hot tub, shuffleboard table, TV, & sectional couch.

Families will find amenities like a pack & play and high chair for the little ones. The house has a brand new AC system to keep you cool in the hot summer months.

This was our home away from home while we visited the area for a long weekend to attend a show at Red Rocks. The property was perfect! Within walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants and centrally located for all the adventuring we wanted to do in the surrounding area. The host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Best Vacation House We Have Ever Experienced!

This house is absolute stunning. Great central location to all the things in Denver. This was so incredibly clean, and the hot tub space was amazing. The house was thoughtfully stocked with essentials. We would stay here again for sure!

Cozy house, modern decor, well equipped kitchen. Neighborhood is safe and in a great location. The garage hangout was a great added perk. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A peaceful getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we simply love it! It's exactly as listed and we usually don't leave the property. The house itself is very nice & equipped with everything you'd need. My favorite place is the outdoor converted garage. It's a great space to chill, watch TV, play shuffle board or relax in the hot tub. Cassie was a great host, very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We look forward to coming back to stay again!

All of the accommodations were great. The only thing that we didn't like is that there is not a solid locking back door on the house. Since we are not familiar with the area, this made sleeping very difficult.

We loved this Vrbo. My ONLY recommendation is that an AC unit be put in the downstairs bedroom as there was no airflow in the room! We loved everything else!!!!

Immaculate Vibes

This place is absolutely amazing!! We rarely even left the converted garage, it was so much fun to hang out in the hot tub or tan on the yard while watching tv! The house stayed nice and cool, but the stairs can be a bit tricky unfortunately:( besides that, everything was perfect!

Family Thanksgiving

We traveled from Mi to visit family in Denver. Communication with the host was wonderful. The home was beautiful and spotless. We loved the bedding, grill, kitchen and the hot tub. Wished the garage was a little warmer but enjoyed it just the same. Wisht for a TV upstairs with a little more seating available up and downstairs. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Property was very well maintaisend. Front dining room area could use some additional a c Got a little warm when we set down to have dinner Also, could use a Blender I normally Have my energy drink in the morning Had to for go that for the 3 days. Could also use a portable fan that can be used out on the patio . But for the most part it was a very nice I would definitely recommend this or even re-book it at another time.

This neighborhood is quiet, safe and has a ton of local charm. 39th Avenue is the town's "Main St." So you are less than a 5 minute walk from one of our favorite local coffee shops, a wine bar and several great restaurant options.

What makes this property unique

This property has a large garage that sits tucked away in the backyard. It has been converted into a cozy hangout space with a TV, plenty of seating and a private hot tub that's available year round.

We have a large garden going all summer long, so help yourself to any veggies, herbs, berries or apples that you find!
