About this space
Spacious newly built 3-bedroom 2.5 bath fenced in home centrally located! Start your day off dining outside on the patio with a hot cup of coffee or tea before going to Tybee Beach to swim or soak up the sun! Catch a trolley to visit one of Savannah many historic sites downtown. Don't forget our amazing lunch and shopping experiences. Then, end your day with dinner and drinks at one of Savannah local seafood restaurants or come home to enjoy Roku TV, games, and cooking with friends and family.
The space
Free parking is provided onsite, driveway. To enter the house, guest will need a digital code provided by the owner in advance. Entryway opens to an 18-foot ceiling, an open concept living room, dining, and full kitchen with large island to prepare your favorite foods. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa and Roku TV. Free Internet/Wi-Fi. Displayed in the living room are local book guides of Savannah. For your day at the beach, umbrellas, towels, chairs, and toys for the kids are available to use in the entry closet way. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and major kitchen appliances. Dining table seats six plus two barstools at the kitchen island. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full en suite bathroom. There is a half bath located in the hallway on right of the entryway. Walk upstairs into loft area equipped with a washer, dryer unit and two single pull-out sofa beds loveseat couch. Games for the whole family and friends are in this loft area. The second bedroom has two twin beds with tv, full Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to third bedroom with queen bed and tv. Decorated with an oasis feel, fully fenced back yard, outdoor dining, fire pit, and grill. Perfect place for family and friends!
