Guests enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The entryway opens into a bright, open-concept living and dining area, featuring a sofa bed, two armchairs, a Smart TV, and a large farm-style dining table. Adjacent to the dining space is a galley-style kitchen, fully stocked with all the essential cookware and utensils, plus an additional dining table with seating for four.
The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the main floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with a full bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a Smart TV, while bedrooms three and four each have two full beds.
Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with a bistro table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and a seasonal pool for relaxing and entertaining.
Please note: Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool. These visits are brief and will not interfere with your stay. We will need access to the yard and pool area on service days. Thank you for your understanding!

Made it work!
Good neighborhood ask ahead of time about pool will be available it was up in running and they replied back yes but clean to get in it bedding sheets in one room was not clean had stains on them but house was roomy for us and we made it work for us so we could make it a great stay for us while we attend our family reunion.

Good in a pinch
They let us have our dogs here which was very helpful as we moved across the country for work and were looking to buy a house. The propert was in horrible condition. It makes me thinkntwice about using VRBO if they allow these types if houses in their system. There should be a periodic inspection or something to ensure that properties are kept to a certain standard. The management company was very good about getting someone over to work on the pool, but the pool guy and lawn company left the gates open and the dogs got out multiple times.

I have tried to contact the host multiple times. Just to be advised that there is a new management company. The place was horrible. Not even livable. I stayed one evening and had to get another location. Which was last minute and costly. This place was not cleaned or even safe. There were black widow spiders also - just no way VRBO standards I am demanding a full refund. Please advise who I contact. I have many more pictures and video as well.

A Stay in Savanna
The place suited our needs but could use some TLC. The floors needed cleaning and the microwave didn't work. The shelves on the refrigerator door were missing and a mirror in the downstairs bathroom fell off the wall because it was improperly installed on another mirror.

Infestation
The check in and the management was awesome and the patriot family communication was great . However the place was so outdated ,there was 1 frying pan it had stuff build up on it . There was a huge roach infestation . People came to sprayed and it made it 20 x worse .the upstairs door frame was broken to where you couldn't shut it . They advertised a pool but it was not running , we were working so we expected to get into the pool because it was hot . Anywho the patriot family had great communication . The air went out and it took them 8 hours to get back to us with a working air conditioner

We arrived to find a tire and trash scattered in the yard. The pool was “closed” but that just meant it was black, with trash in it. The tarp meant to close the pool was half in it and covered in muck making a breeding ground for mosquitos. The yard was also not mowed making the out door space unusable.
The inside of the house was clean. The cleaning company did great. However the house itself is not maintained well. Floor boards were coming up and cabinet doors falling apart. The house is very outdated and cramped in the main living areas.
We messaged the property manager and the cleaning crew showed up. Then we got an email saying our reservation was cancelled. Leaving 14 people with no where to go at 6pm on a Friday five hours from home. Very inconvenient and horrible service. VRBO also wasn’t great for helping as their phones hung up on us 4 times with an hour and a half of holding.
