Gorgeous house, great for families!

We stayed here for a weekend with our 3 sons - 5yo, 3yo, 5mo. The house is gorgeous, clean, and spacious with plenty of toys and games for the little ones. The area is really nice. We came for an event so didnt get to explore much but would love to come back just to explore the neighborhood. Communication with the host wasn't perfect leading up to our stay but she was helpful and responsive during our stay, which I appreciated. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great visit to Rochester

Well stocked, very clean property. Please pay very close attention to parking signs/driveways. The house would benefit from a mirror in the master bedroom suite and a lamp in the living room. The house and neighborhood have loads of character. Close to all kinds of great things to see in Rochester!

Super stay

A marvllous stay in a lovely spacious house. It's a great location although be aware the owners live close by and there was a problem with visitors ringing the wrong door bell.

Home base

This amazing home was our home base while we were in Rochester getting our daughter moved in to the University. It has everything you for a lengthy stay and cooking in. Everything went smoothly and communication was great. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for allowing us to use your home !!!

Rochester/Home visit

I really loved this property. The host Maribel was a joy to work with. I give it a 10 on cleanliness. It had all the amenities of home with the exception of an iron and some bathroom cleaner. It was centrally located to all my events. Actually, nothing is more than 15 minutes in travel time which I loved! It was very kid friendly, as I had a set of 1 year old twins and a 4-year-old. My only negative is if you have to park on the street be aware of the alternate parking rule. I received a $50 parking ticket after the driveway became unavailable. There was no check out instructions, so I did my best to leave the property in good clean conditions. However, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Rochester area.

Wonderful house!

The house was in the perfect location, close to the highway and easy to get around town. Parking in the driveway was great, and getting into and out of the house was super easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! I really appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, which helped keep my 2.5 year old from wandering up without us. Each bedroom had an AC unit, which really kept us comfortable at night. Great kitchen, and everything we needed was on hand!

Perfect rental

Property located perfectly and was very clean. Interior is renovated appropriate to the period that the house was built. It is very child friendly and includes a Nintendo and toys for the little ones. Our host was extremely responsive and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend rental of this property.

Great stay for families with kids

We had a great stay. Very conveniently located- we appreciated how close the Strong Museum, restaurants, and a Wegmans are. We were two families with two young kids and there was ample space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The property was very clean and had great amenities. Maribel was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Lots of puzzles and games for kids, a baby gate, a potty seat and books. Things to consider: it was unusually hot this weekend and the evenings were uncomfortable. The window A/C units weren’t enough to keep us from waking up because we were hot. We also had to move the kids into our rooms because there isn’t a unit in the kids room. The beds and bedding could be more comfortable. The beds were too firm for our preference. Overall, we had wonderful stay and would stay again. Highly recommend!

The best

The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is safe every convenience is supplied from shampoo to dishwasher tablets. We didn’t even eat out because Wegmans is a short drive away. I can’t recommend it more highly.

I'm from Costa Rica and My husband is a Rochester native. We own a real estate broker in town with over 20 years of experience combined. We love the ABC neighborhood and this happened to be our first home which it holds a special place in our hearts.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood was great for us back then for our young growing family and busy lives as you can take strolls around with a bunch of cafes, restaurants, and stores we walked to as well as super close to the expressway to go in and out we needed to go to. I'm sure you will love to be here while in town!!
