The space
Benvenuti a Villa Forte...two years in the making!! All but abandoned, Villa Forte was brought back to life with much hard work and Italian determination. The result - Suite 2, a first floor apartment, the only one with its own entrance and 2 private patios to enjoy. As you enter the driveway, you will have your own parking space in the rear of the property. This particular suite has a front and rear entrance. Both are equipped with a Smart lock for easy access. This apartment features a sunny and spacious bedroom with a new, carefully chosen queen size bed, a desk for work or study, a luggage rack and 2 closets. The cozy living room offers a comfy sofa for lounging and a Smart TV. Games, puzzles and good reads are there ready to be explored. In addition to central air, you will also be able to enjoy new, remote controlled ceiling fans. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. It has a fridge, an electric cooktop, crock pot, rice cooker, microwave, Magic Bullet mixer and a toaster. Last but not least-- the absolute essential--a Keurig to get you going. If you need more power in your engine--- do make yourself an espresso with our traditional Italian coffee pot after all, you are at an Italian villa.
