With desirable south and west exposure, the home enjoys wonderful afternoon sun along with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, landscaped greenbelt and water features.

The southwest-facing outdoor spaces are especially inviting during the winter months-perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a glass of wine and a meal, or just watching the mountains change color as the sun sets.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and feature private en-suite baths and both have balconies with beautiful mountain views. A private garage provides convenient, secure parking during your stay as well as storage for golf clubs. bikes etc.

Come and relax! Enjoy the visiting Big Horn sheep that wander around the property often.
