Enjoy this brand-new beautiful apartment with mountains views all around. 1 King Bed with full shower. Laundry. Full kitchen with all new appliances/cookware. Close to downtown shopping, restaurants, golf course, Mt. Princeton hot springs, kayaking, live music. Enjoy hiking, biking or skiing nearby.

Walk right outside your door into a field where you can easily walk or dog or take a stoll. STR-243

You'll have full access to the apartment that includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room.

We are in town if you need us but leave our guests alone unless they need something. We hope you enjoy your stay in BV!

If you brought your bike with you then you can easily ride your bike into town as it's only a 2 mile ride into town. If not, there is ample parking in town.

This is an upstairs unit with only stairs for access.

I booked this property on short notice and had some complications on my end. The host was very pleasant and dedicated to make sure things were lined up correctly and patiently. The only thing I would note is that the flight up the stairs is a little tedious with luggage, but once you get it there everything is on one level. The property is a perfect place for kids with the open field next to the property for some baseball :). Property is clean and has everything you would need whether you are on the go enjoying the Colorado amenities or if yo undecided to stay in and enjoy relaxation. I was impressed with the property manager checking in during the stay to make sure everything was going well and if there was anything additional needed. It is in a very nice community and easily accessible to downtown or if you decide to travel a bit very close to the main road. East check out process and overall very pleased.

We did not bring our pet, deciding at the last minute to board him, he doesn’t always travel well. House was very clean and well equipped! Furniture was gteat, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had . We had everything we needed, having a washer and dryer in the property was a life saver!
