The Bohemian Bahamian Farmhouse is on an old abandoned farm. Wild horse included.
Richly detailed and filled with light, these unique residences offer all of the gracious conveniences of modern living inside a beautifully renovated historic building. A mix of original architecture, reclaimed materials and bohemian interior design, that comes with stories to tell—but also with room for you to tell your own.
There is no TV in the house but plenty of free high speed internet for all your devices for the rainy days.
Go explore the back roads that end at incredible beaches or book a boat tour with my buddy Julius Rankin at Fishbone Tours in Savannah Sound or Kiteboard and windsurf with my friends Martin and Carlien at the Eleuthera Sailing Academy.

I grew up in the small town of Warren Vermont (Lincoln Gap Mountain House also on VRBO). I started coming to Eleuthera more than 10 years ago with my family and I fell in love immediately.
Why they chose this property
I think South Eleuthera picked me...for years I looked for a home on the island and this unique home as far from water as you can get made itself available at exactly the right time.
I've come to love my neighbors and community. This place feels more like home than anywhere.

What makes this property unique
This house was built by a wonderful couple from England. Pat Rose built her dream house with furniture, floors and antique windows from Indonesia and England.
It's artsy in a homemade kind of way. No angles are perfect but somehow it inspires relaxation and creativity.
Being away from the ocean makes you long for it and being up on the "hill" gives you access to a much needed breeze no matter which direction the wind is blowing.
