Not clean at all

The area is great, very safe cute neighborhood. The apartment itself has potential to be nice but I do not believe that the property was cleaned at all prior to us arriving. No clean bedding in any of the rooms, after reaching out to the owner he told me where in the house has new clean ones that I could put on myself. There was food sitting in the microwave on a plate. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. No towels. Air conditioning was set on 80 degrees. Carpet was dirty. While the owner was friendly enough he did not compensate for the fact that the property was dirty unless he wanted us to have the same people who had cleaned it already come back which makes for an extremely uncomfortable situation. We did not want to check out and find a new place so we essentially just sucked it up and cleaned what we could. I would not stay again or recommend this listing.

Lots of potential

So Rajesh was WONDERFUL to deal with. Super responsive and kind. Property had pros and cons. PROS: 1. Great neighborhood 2. Pool directly across parking lot. 3. All kitchen essentials you would need. 4. Decent sized place for family of 6. 5. Washer and dryer and VACUUM cleaner which we used every day. CONS: 1. carpet was old and needs replaced. In fact, having carpet under the dining table was a challenge in itself with little ones so I had to spot clean EVERY DAY on my hands and knees. (Easy fix) 2. No towels. Rajesh sent me to Walmart and I bought them. He promptly repaid me. Just not something you wanna do on vacation. 3. No smart tv. I bought a Roku for the kids shows. 4. The photo of the ocean is misleading. It’s a 11 minute DRIVE on average to the beach. You must pay for parking. (You can take a shuttle and not pay for parking, but with 4 little ones and tons of beach toys, it’s not in the cards for us) Overall, we would probably stay here again because of Rajesh and the proximity of the pool. However, if you’re looking to be able to walk back and forth to the BEACH, it might not be for you. If the beach isn’t something you’re interested in, I would definitely say to give it a try.
