This spacious 4 bedroom home is perfect for group trips to Augusta, especially if you are visiting to attend the Masters Tournament. This home is conveniently located near shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Quick access to Washington Road, I-20 and I-520 make it an ideal location for whatever brings you to the area. It provides 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a partially fenced yard, and back patio. A fee of $40 per pet will be charged.

This home is located in Montclair, approximately 7 miles from downtown Augusta and the medical district, 10 miles from North Augusta, and 3.8 miles from Augusta National Golf Course where the annual Masters Tournament is held each year in April.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet. This includes a large backyard that is partially fenced. There is parking for 1-3 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the street. Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

This comfortably furnished home features 4 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed in every other room and smart TVs in the two living rooms. There are two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Outside you will find a covered patio with a partially fenced-yard.

Nice home; very clean. Also close to Augusta National and our Host was very helpful. She left us good instructions on the door entry system, WIFi connection, etc. I would come back again for sure. We also liked the decor of “Artful Ansley”!!
