Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome on beautiful Navarre Beach, overlooking the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable retreat, this inviting property offers a serene atmosphere and convenient access to local amenities.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept layout where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living room, creating a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. This includes a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for maximum convenience. It also has a waffle maker, blender, food processor, Yonana, and a crepe pan.

The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. The guest bedroom features a versatile queen-over-queen bunk bed along with an additional queen bed, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. All TV's are Smart TV's for everyone's enjoyment.

Step outside onto the deck and soak in the breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy alfresco dining with loved ones. This property also offers a Green Egg and Gas grill for those days when only grilling out will do.

Enjoy a day on the water with the paddleboard or take a bike ride on the 2 adult bicycles provided. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the emerald green waters and sugar white sands, you'll have easy access to everything Navarre Beach has to offer. Plus, we welcome your four-legged family members to join in on the fun ($250 pet fee per pet / 2 pet maximum.)

The garage has plenty of extras too like an extra refrigerator, TV, dart board, cornhole game, a beach wagon, and 2 beach chairs! It even has an EV charging station!

Very clean, great location to beaches. Overall a perfect spot to get-away! Kitchen had lots to offer, all you needed. Patio balcony and garage were the best! Paddleboard usage is a nice addition also. We will be back!

The balcony view of the bay was a great place for morning coffee. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. There is a dumpster located about 20 yards from the condo. Excellent a/c and water pressure in the main shower. I think we all gained muscle mass after using the stairs so much. It was a quick walk to the beach and the bay. There was even a paddle board we used in the bay. The management company was extremely pleasant and professional.

This is twice we have stayed here. Always clean, well-kept and maintained, and with no clutter. The neighbors are great (of course, one is my daughter and son-in-law). Had a wonderful time. Now, heading to my son’s wedding in another state after this relaxing time…

June Beach trip

We really enjoyed the condo. It had a beautiful view of the bay. There is a great little piece of beach that is walkable and perfect for a private day. It’s quite a walk up and down the stair to the condo but other than that it was great. Pet friendly!!! Which is hard to find.

Clean and Conveniently Located

While I was a little concerned that is was per friendly (although I love animals and have a husky back home). However, I could not tell there was ever a pup in this pad. Very clean and very well decorated. It is located off the beach, but a short and easy walk and you are there. My wife wants I were there to spend time with our new grandchild (who stayed in an adjacent apt); so just great all the way around.

Great Vacay Place

This was a very nice, airy, fresh condo. The balcony with a view of the sound was a great place to relax. Pack light due to the flights of stairs up to the condo, but once there, it's very nice, and all one story! I appreciate that it was pet friendly. Our little Yorkie didn't make a peep and it was so nice to have her with us. The balcony rails were lined with chicken wire, so little dogs or people or toys can't go through! Very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip to Navarre Beach was spectacular. The house was in great shape with a few minor issues. "Navarre Leavin" is a top-floor unit with 3 flights of stairs to climb. Also, the previous renter had a dog, so hair was on everything. Other than that, the house was generally clean and had all the necessary amenities. Great location, with an easy walk/ride/drive to Navarre Public Beach, or you can walk out your door, and you're steps away from Santa Rosa Sound. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who can navigate the stairs.
