Visit the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from your stay at Harbor House B-10. This newly renovated beachfront condominium is nestled in a family friendly, low-density complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL. This stunning two-bedroom, one-bath abode accommodates six guests and offers Gulf views from its unique wraparound balcony, living room, kitchen and from both bedrooms.
We are located on the second floor with reserved 2-car parking directly below the unit (no additional cost).
Exit your vehicle to the smell of salt in the air, proceed up two flights of stairs (yes, with amazing gulf views) as there is no elevator. A personalized touch key door code unlocks your beach stay.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. The living room/dining area has plenty of seating; enjoy a comfy Barcalounger leather recliner, nestled along a wall of windows, catch the sunrise or sunset or simply gaze at the Gulf or our heated outdoor pool. A 50-inch smart tv will round out your evening relaxation routine.
The master bedroom has a NEW King-sized bed, a Smart TV and plenty of storage but we already know you will want to proceed to the balcony door to take in the sights and sound of the Gulf.
The guest room has two NEW Queen-sized beds, a Smart TV (did we mention the Gulf window views?)
The complex is literally steps from the beach, no lugging beach equipment far! This complex boasts a new outdoor heated pool, a BBQ area, a member only key-fob access gate, and a brilliant boardwalk that allows you access to the perfect vacation photo while also preserving our beloved dune restoration project.
Happiness Comes in Waves is just that and more! Simply unpack, relax and enjoy making great memories.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to leave the parking passes and beach key fobs (2 each) inside the unit before you go. There will be a charge to replace lost items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must agree to sing a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and be on property, no 3rd party bookings.
No pets. Pets are not allowed on any of the sand beaches in Gulf Shores. Harbor House Association does allow guests to bring pets.
Noise ordnance hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect your neighbors.

Amazing Property! Everything was so close! The beach, restaurants, and entertainment are all in walking distance. Also, being able to park so close to the condo was a game changer. It made unloading and loading the car really easy. So many happy beach memories for the entire family! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. The condo was very clean. The views of the gulf were perfect. I loved the porch. The pool and beach are right outside your door. Super family friendly. Stacie and Tim are excellent hosts. We can’t wait to come back.
