Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you chose not to stay. We would like to clarify that The Farmhouse is an independent home with its own private entrance, patio, and parking area. As noted in our listing, my father—who helps maintain the ranch—lives in a small apartment located behind the property, completely separate from the guest house. He does not share any of the guest areas, ensuring our visitors have full privacy and exclusive use of the home and outdoor spaces during their stay. We take great pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment. Many of our guests, including those traveling with pets, have shared excellent reviews highlighting how much they enjoy the large, fenced-in yard and the full acre of space where their pets can safely run and play while surrounded by beautiful mountain views. We’ve been welcoming guests for over five years, and this is the first time someone has chosen not to stay or requested a refund. Our goal has always been to provide a positive and relaxing experience for every visitor, and we will continue to do our best to maintain the high standards that so many of our guests have appreciated.
