Southwest Charming family home w/3 spacious bedrooms close to Glendale, Westgate Center, NASCAR, baseball fields, Golf Courses, family entertainment, ect. Dedicated work area, 2 baths, 1800 sq.ft. with breathtaking sunsets. Has an open & bright great room floor plan that features new carpet in den & area rug. Kitchen & primary bedroom overlook a crystal clear heated in-ground pool that has new tile & pebble-tek surface and a back yard complete with a putting green and lush tropical plants. New pool decking installed...no slipping! Great room has comfortable leather furniture with new 65" TV. This non-smoking home will sleep 6 comfortably, with a blow-up mattress on site to sleep an additional 2 people. Primary bedroom comes complete with a king bed, vanity w/mirror & TV. A luxurious en suite which includes tub, shower, double sinks and huge walk in closet. The primary suite is located across the home from other guests or children. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms equally comfortable with queen beds, dressers and Smart TV's. The spacious 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom including bathtub w/shower. Fully stocked kitchen and both a gas BBQ or charcoal BBQ for outdoor grilling. New comfortable outdoor furniture and umbrella's for relaxing/entertaining in the back yard. Amenities also include Cox WiFi & Dish Network satellite TV. Security system (fire/theft/outdoor surveillance (Ring Camera). Outdoor area is maintained by a professional landscaper. New exterior paint & new garage door. There is one spot in the garage for a vehicle and a two car driveway for your use. This home is a labor of love for the owners and it shows!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The host was wonderful, kind, responsive and fun to work with. The home is beautiful with more amenities than we've had at other VRBO rentals across the country. The kitchen was well stocked, just like home when it came to preparing meals, the rooms & beds, very comfortable, bath and supplies (towels, soap, lotion, etc.) were all available. The secure garage parking was fantastic! We had no surprises, enjoyed the putting green in the back, and the pool was inviting even though we didn't use it. We would definitely rent this home again, when we return for Spring Training in 2027! 5 stars across the board!

Our stay at Kim & Keith's Phoenix home was excellent. The few times we had to communicate with Kim, she was extremely responsive. The description of their home is very accurate and there were NO surprises. My wife & I (and our two dogs) found the size of the house perfect and the neighborhood was pretty good. We utilized the two HOA parks at least once a day for walking our dogs and for the most part, the park areas were well kept. We also found it very easy to find grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. well within easy driving distance. We also discovered a great dog park in Litchfield that was only a 15 min drive. Being so close to the I 10 & 101 intersection made getting anywhere extremely easy. And since we were close to that intersection, we really didn't notice any extreme road noise. This VRBO is really a value and highly recommended.

This property was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The heated pool and the warm Arizona weather was just what these Missouri and Montana girls needed in Feb:) Kim was very easy to contact with any and all questions. Best VRBO in AZ

This was the nicest/cleanest /most convenient place we have stayed at in AZ! Very close to the airport, short drive to Peoria, right in the middle of everything really. The home is beautiful with its own pool and cushioned seating area with fireplace at night, it even has its own putting green! We didn’t really need to go anywhere because we loved just swimming/floating in the pool and playing yard games! We had such a marvelous time it was so hard to leave! We will definitely be back, loved it!!

Billy Joel Weekend

Special trip to Phoenix to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks. The house was convenient to the airport and downtown! The heated pool was just the perfect touch for our cold PNW bones to relax in the sun and take a dip to cool off. The master bedroom bed was so comfy it just swallowed us up and let us rest sleeping in every day!

Rental was very homey and the location worked out perfectly for us. The only negative might be backyard privacy as the house directly behind the rental was a 2-story, so I felt like the neighbors could watch everything we were doing. Also, the homes were very close together and the neighbor right next door liked to play loud music in the evening which we could even hear while indoors.

Spring Training Perfection!

The home was just right for a few days at the ballpark! We arrived to a very thorough set of instructions, complete with restaurant recommendations. The home is clean, and well furnished. The owner communicates very well, and is "real time" responsive. The pool was great, the putting green was too wet to use (rain out game the night before!) but the entertainment system was just right. The king bed in the primary bedroom is very (very!) soft and puffy, the living room furniture is comfortable and accomodating. K-cup machine (and regular coffee maker) were handy, and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. Happy to find some bottled waters to take to the ballpark, cold and ready to go! Remember that in Arizona, the windows aren't made for light, they're made for keeping heat out, and if you need bright light for close work, bring a little boooklight to use at the couch/love seat. We'll look forward to another season in the future, thank you to the great hosts/owners!

Fun backyard and great location

Kim was very accommodating. We enjoyed the sunny backyard with the pool and putting green. The girls enjoyed using floats in the pool to sun themselves. NCAA March Madness had started and we enjoyed the big TV to watch games. The house has very convenient access to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The access to major roads to get to other locations in Phoenix is very convenient as well. We loved our stay. Thank you Kim.

Liked the house but.....

Inside of the home was nice and comfortable. The location was good considering we wanted to stay by our daughter who lives in Arizona. The beds were comfortable. Kim was good about explaining how to get into the home several days before the trip. We really liked that it is a dog friendly home. The neighborhood seemed ok however, there was a lot of road noise from highway 101 and as a light sleeper that made the nights sleep difficult. The listing doesn’t tell you that there are two cameras in the house that you have to cover when you get inside which seemed odd to us. Lots of outside cameras which is good for the owners to monitor their property but if we were using the pool I think that would be uncomfortable. The shower base in the master bedroom needs some attention as there was mold in it. The hot water takes a little while to get hot. Overall it was a good value and a good location if you are staying on the west side of Phoenix.

Booked for 4th of July weekend for husbands birthday, we all had a great and relaxing time. Home is beautiful and immaculate. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Kim was wonderful very quick to communicate. We had a minor issue on our first day which she resolved very quickly. Home is located close to everything you might possibly need (stores, restaurants, movie theater, hospital, & freeways) We would definitely book again in the future

Great for families

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The owner Kim was so kind and helpful! She gave us her cell number and answered every question right away. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to all the amenities you’ll need. We had to drive to Scottsdale to visit family but it was so easy to access 101 and 10 you can get anywhere easily from Phoenix to Scotsdale. The house is exactly as it is in the photos and so nicely decorated. The pool was great condition with plenty of room for lounging by the pool. The sunshade was really nice since it was 100+ in early May. Having the patio gated was nice also to keep pets and small kids away from the pool. We would stay here again and highly recommend for families! Thank you Kim and Keith for sharing your home!

We have always wanted to retire in the Phoenix area and we just bought a little sooner then expected. We really enjoy our home away from home & (Rain). Why they chose this property

When our daughter decided she wanted to go to dental school in Phoenix, we thought why not buy our retirement home a little early?? After her schooling ended we turned our house into a vacation rental. We love the West Phoenix area. Close to Westgate Center, Cardinals Stadium, Top Golf, a new Putt Putt Golf.......Outlet Shopping, Shopping Malls, Phoenix Zoo, Wild Animal Zoo & Aquarium, Sky Harbor Airport, NASCAR, Turf Paradise (Horse Racing), All within 20 min. Lake Pleasant (45 min to the north a must see) Take a drive up to Cave Creek a beautiful trip and great shopping and food. If you have not been to the Mesa Market in Apache Junction.... it is worth the trip. There are numerous golf courses in the area for the golfers in your group. There are many restaurants close by. Smash Burger (Awesome french fries!!) Cooked in olive oil & basil...yum! Who can resist an In&Out Burger? I can't!! And we can't get enough of the awesome authentic Mexican food!

What makes this property unique

When we made are first trip to Phoenix to house hunt we were looking for a house close to sporting venues, the city, culture and close to our family living in the area if possible. We came across this house on the first day of looking. We fell in love with the layout of the home, the backyard with the private pool, we added more plants, the putting green........it really has been a labor of love to furnish & decorate this home. Since we use the home as much as possible, it is really important that it is comfortable, homey and relaxing for not only us, but our guests as well.
