Enjoy the ever changing views and abundant wildlife while sitting on outside deck directly on the River. Launch a kayak from the waterfront back yard, or grill your fresh catch of the day while eagles soar above. Private, second floor, 2 bedroom unit with a large open floor plan, full kitchen and laundry.
Super location 1/2 mile from the airport, market, stores and 4 mile to The Mendenhall Glacier.

Guest's will enjoy the entire second floor of this two story, private home located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. Two comfortable bedrooms sleeps 4 guests. Large updated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large open livingroom, dining area, private deck with grill, and back yard with firepit.

Guest will have a private 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, second story home with private deck, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Back yard with firepit. Downstairs apartment may be occupied by owner.
