Available for reservations throughout the year, this single-story home offers a comfortable and inviting layout with plenty of space to relax and enjoy Southwest Florida. The property features a 2-car garage, private heated swimming pool, outdoor living area, bicycles, and thoughtfully furnished indoor and outdoor spaces designed for both short and extended stays.

Step outside to your own private retreat. The pool area features travertine pavers, spillover water features, LED lighting, poolside seating, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit - a wonderful setting for morning coffee, afternoons by the pool, or relaxing evenings outdoors.

Inside, guests will find comfortable furnishings, an open and welcoming living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything needed to settle in and feel at home. A portable crib is also available for guest use.

The location is hard to beat! The home is approximately 1.5 miles from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, making it easy to enjoy Naples' beautiful Gulf beaches. You'll also be just minutes from Mercato, with its popular restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment, along with Waterside Shops and everyday conveniences. Downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South are also within easy driving distance.

The house was well equipped, clean and organized. Had all the amenities that were needed to have a successful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, the grill and all the recreational equipment. Riding the bikes to the beach was such an added bonus. We so enjoyed our time. Thank you!
