• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• No Pets
• No Smoking – A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the unit.
• No House Parties
• No Golf Carts or Trailers Allowed
• Motorcycles Allowed
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to be ready by 4 PM, but this time is not guaranteed.
• Cancellation Policy: A 60-day written notice is required via email. All cancellations are subject to a $150 fee. For full policy details, please contact us directly.
