Here on Anderson, an island accessed by ferry from Steilacoom, this two-story home is well-placed for both activity and relaxation. Close by, you'll find Florence and Josephine Lakes and the parks that surround them, tennis courts, and a community dock for launching small watercraft.

Begin each day on the quiet front porch, a large, covered space with rocking chairs and cushioned seats for enjoying your morning coffee. In the afternoons, the fenced backyard provides a great spot for your kids to play as you sear burgers or local seafood on the gas grill.

The main living space is open and lofty, with natural light seeming to find every corner. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stone fireplace to warm you as you dine, and a sitting area with a large smart TV and comfortable seating. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
