You won't want to miss out on this weekly rental opportunity. It is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants on Arnold Avenue, NJ Transit, a playground with basketball and tennis courts (one block west), and the beach. The house is only 3 blocks away from the beach, boardwalk, Jenkinson's Amusement Park, and the aquarium. It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms; the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop, and an island that seats four people. Its open floor plan creates a more comfortable environment when staying with family or friends. You can also enjoy the back deck directly off the kitchen to dine alfresco or watching the weekly fireworks display from Jenkinson's. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The ground level is dedicated to the garage and storage space.
NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE. (4) Beach badges and (4) beach chairs provided. Off-street parking available for one car. Parking in garage not allowed. Overnight street parking passes.
Bring your own sheets (2 queen, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed); and towels (bath, hand, wash, and beach). Sleeps 6. Check-in 4:00PM / Check-out 10am.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take garbage and recyclables outside & to curb based on town schedule (Mon & Wed.). Do not keep garbage or recyclables in the garage. All cans can be found in front of garage door.
Check out is 10am
Clean all pots, pans, silverware and plates before items are put away. Do not use abrasive sponges to clean stove top as it will scratch the surface.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage pick-up: Mon and Thurs (early morning). Don't store any garbage in the garage under any circumstances. Remove garbage from house @ check-out
Recycling pick-up: Wed. (early morning) Don't store recyclables in the garage under any circumstances Remove from house @ check-out
Pet policy: Keep all pets off the furniture and beds. Dogs must be walked on the street. Pick up after your dog per Town Ordinance.
