Why they chose this property
The Spinnaker Hill is centrally located to almost everything in the San Diego county area. Close enough to downtown and all of the beaches stretching along the coastline. It’s a perfect centralized area and so I chose the neighborhood for that reason.
What makes this property unique
The property back yard terraced patios with panoramic ocean views is an amazing feature of the property. The unique artwork and pool and jacuzzi create an unforgettable getaway experience!
