Spacious 5 Bed Villa with private south facing pool and spa

This spacious 5 bedroom vacation villa is on Orange Tree, a peaceful and very popular community in Clermont, close to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks and holiday attractions. Features include a south-facing private pool and spa and a family games room to help keep kids of all ages occupied.
The open plan layout of this villa has been planned to give everybody the chance to find their own space and relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives. The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you and has comfy seating and a window looking out over the pool deck. This is a great place to sit and chat or immerse yourself in a novel from our expansive book exchange library.
The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has more comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV with Roku streaming channels and patio doors leading to the south-west facing pool area. The kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need. The breakfast bar here is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the daytime. A small dining table close to more doors leading to the pool area is the ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning, with a larger dining table at the front of the villa being a perfect setting for evening meals or fun times together playing games.
The Main bedroom is set apart from other bedroom and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the left of the villa at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, furnished with a Queen-size bed, is on the right at the back and has an en-suite bathroom that also leads directly to the pool deck. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are to the left of the kitchen and they are Twin-bedded rooms decorated in a style to suit all guests. A flatscreen TV with Roku streaming in each bedroom makes early nights even more relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
Kids of all ages will enjoy endless hours of fun in the games room as they challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey. Outdoor playing areas can be found on the community, along with tennis courts and a football pitch, as well as a natural fishing lake at the back of the community for any keen anglers in your party.
After long and exhausting days at the theme parks spend time in the sunshine on the south-facing patio area splashing around in the private pool or relaxing in the spa*. (heated for an additional fee)
Lots of seating options have been provided and there is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 3.
