Property was clean and was just as advertised. Had a problem with upstairs sink and handyman came over that day to fix. Great cellar and deck as well.

Wonderful place for family.

The place was clean and private. Wonderful kids space in the Basement with so much fun for them. Wonderfully close to beaches and food while not being bombarded with tourist traps.

Really great location, and great stay. Only thing was I was not aware that sheets were not provided? So that caused some issues. Overall clean and great space for us.

Beautiful retreat that is also close to it all

Beautiful, clean and compact accommodations with a gorgeous fenced yard, large parking area, and covered accessible porch. The kids used the parking area as a sandbox and loved to play and eat their meals on the beautiful deck near a gorgeous tree. The tree flowers smelled amazing at dawn and dusk. 5/5 Would stay again.

Welfleet beaches

Location was amazing with proximity to the beaches, PJs, and downtown welfleet. Other than sheets and towels it had everything else that was needed for our stay even extra beach chairs in the outdoor shower. The only complaint was the amount of pet hair still present and the silver fish centipedes

noisy

We liked the deck and view of trees. The house had an impersonal feel, with no wall decor on rooms on 2nd floor. The main issue was the noise - not only Rt 6 traffic noise, but the proximity to PJ's meant being woken at 4:30 or 5:30 AM when trucks made deliveries or dumpsters were emptied - very noisy!

Cedardown was an Up!

Overall, very pleased with the rental. The added bonus of free golf at the local golf course was a terrific gift as I always play golf at the Chequesset Club. Thank you!

Convenient to Town and Beaches

The house is nicely laid out and well situated, totally comfortable and convenient. Access to outdoor shower would have been nice, but otherwise a great place to spend a week in Wellfleet.
