This property was very clean and comfortable and was a good starting point for our day trips to Niagara Falls on the American side, Cleveland and Buffalo.
This was my 3rd stay at this property. Consistent with our past stays, the house was very clean and well maintained. Its quite roomy with plenty of space to spread out. The weather was not ideal for our fishing trip, but we managed through the cold and always came back to a warm comfortable house. Another great stay for us.
Our stay was wonderful! Everything was so clean and we had fun with the pool table and ping pong table. We also loved the location being so close to Erie but far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Thank you again, we enjoyed our stay so much!
The house was wonderful. Clean, spacious, plenty of room. Check in and out was easy. Just wish that the showers had a wand for rinsing. Thank you so much!
The house was perfect for 2 families with 3 small children. Lots of space to spread out, comfortable rooms/beds, convenient laundry, and plenty of bathrooms! The wrap around porch was the best!
This is one if the nicest places we have stayed at. It is a clean, very nice home. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that was downstairs. Great place. Will not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice house, lots of room, clean, loved the large porch and the kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table in the basement.

The house was clean, stuff to do at the house, plenty of parking, large house and front porch. There were plenty of spiders and webs in the house, the beds were uncomfortable and the master bedroom smelled like urine. Kitchen needs to be better equipped compared to other houses we have rented in the area. And don’t forget about the train very close by.
Good size property with room to spread out and updated rooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable after returning from a cold day on the water. The owner is very responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. Overall we had a great stay despite the cold and snow.
Awesome home in a great location!
Spacious, cozy home. Short drive to some great Lake Erie beaches.
Mike was helpful & responsive.
Wish we could have stayed longer!
My brother and I stayed in late March to do some Erie Steelhead fishing. The fishing conditions weren't great, but the house was our sanctuary. We were very comfortable with lots of space. Its my second time staying at the property and both times we were very happy with everything. Mike the owner is a great host.
Definitely a place to stay again. Quiet, clean and very well taken care of home. Comfortable in everyway. Much needed break from reality in a home that felt like a home.
We had a great stay in this quiet roomy home. We split hay it had coffee, laundry detergent and paper products. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable and the host was able to resolve our issue.
The house is beautiful. Extremely clean. It felt warm and cozy. There is alot of room. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The owner is attentive with communication. We will definitely try to stay here again!!
Very nice place lots of room to move around. Very clean. Bedrooms were large with plenty of space. Mike was great and answered all of my questions. Spacious game room and walking distance to stores and food. Love the covered porch and quiet neighborhood. I will stay here again :)
